Sigma Phi Beta @ MTSU
With the recognition of the Middle Tennessee State University Colony, Sigma Phi Beta has expanded to the South! The Brothers at MTSU have worked hard to create a place where male-identified students can have a safe and fulfilling Greek experience, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity. This fantastic group of men represents the best of what the state of Tennessee has to offer.
With such diversity in its active, graduated and prospective Brothers, the MTSU Colony truly exemplifies this quote by National President and Chairman Aaron Blumenthal: "We've got members who are big politicos, members who are extroverted, members who are die-hard gamers, members who are entrepreneurial ... you name it, we've got it. Diversity, and learning how to navigate all the challenges that come with it, is truly one of our greatest strengths."
Community Service
The MTSU Colony is committed to community service in Murfreesboro and throughout Tennessee. Members are encouraged to complete at least 15 hours of community service each semester so they can ensure they are making a positive impact on their community.
Brotherhood
The Brothers at MTSU have grown very close while transitioning from an interest group to a Colony. This close-knit group of Brothers provides a strong support network for members and will set a great example for future pledge classes.
